Job Role: Senior Cost Estimators
Location: Orange, CA
Job Description:
- Scope Determination: Assess the scope of work and project requirements during ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude), schematic, and conceptual levels of design.
- Estimation: Create detailed estimates for CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) divisions at various stages of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Perform accurate and timely quantity takeoffs using on-screen takeoff software.
- Software Utilization: Utilize M2 Software to prepare estimations.
- Telecommuting: Permitted within the State of California.
- Travel: Approximately 20% travel required for on-site client visits within California.
